Baker Spring has extensive experience in working with members of Congress, at the staff level, as a policy analyst on Capitol Hill, and as a Fellow with the U.S. Senate Committee on the Budget where he provided specific expertise in the budget and treaty ratification processes.

Baker has previous experience as a Visiting Research Scholar at Hillsdale Coolege and at the Heritage Foundation. He received his BA from Washington and Lee University, and a masters degree in national security studies from Georgetown University.
