Semerdjieva has been practicing law for over fifteen years with a focus on intellectual property and in-house corporate law, including international exposure. She has also participated in various entrepreneurial endeavors. Semerdjieva is fluent in several languages including French and Bulgarian.
Semerdjieva graduated in the top 15% of her class from the University of New Hampshire (UNH) School of Law with a Masters in Intellectual Property. She previously graduated summa cum laude from Boston University with a B.A. in Economics (second in her graduating class by grade) and a B.S. in Business with a double major in Finance and Marketing.
During her nearly 15 years of service as in-house counsel for NutriSource International and its subsidiary NutriPowers International, Semerdjieva negotiated and drafted marketing contracts with the Golden State Warriors, Stanford University, and LMU. She also negotiated and drafted all necessary contracts for the company's domestic and international business operations, including manufacturing, distributor, purchasing, and marketing contracts; and Semerdjieva furnished representation in all civil matters, including alternative dispute resolution and litigation.
