  • $1750 to $2250 per month immediately earned availability retainer (includes 10 hours per month – “use it or lose it”) plus negotiated rate for hours in excess of 10 per month.

  • Includes most types of operational/transactional legal representation; as well as discrete temporary projects in states that allow multi-state temporary practice.

  • Option to request reciprocity admission to qualifying states.

  • In no event will hourly overage rates exceed $295 per hour.

Litigation Representation (offered exclusively by "of counsel" attorneys)

  • $2950 to $3250 per month immediately earned availability retainer (includes 10 hours per month – “use it or lose it”) plus negotiated rate for hours in excess of 10 per month.

  • Includes most types of trial and appellate level litigation representation in Principal's states of practice or in regard to federal court matters; discrete temporary matters in states that allow multi-state temporary practice.

  • Option to request reciprocity admission to qualifying states at client’s cost.

  • In no event will hourly overage rates exceed $395 per hour.

Combo Representation (offered exclusively by "of counsel" attorneys)

  • Both operational and litigation services to be furnished as needed and as described above in exchange for $2500 to $3000 per month immediately earned availability retainer (includes 10 hours per month – “use it or lose it”) plus negotiated rate for hours in excess of 10 per month.

  • Public Policy Consulting - $85 to $125 per hour

  • Mediation Services - $95 to $125 per hour (offered exclusively by "of counsel" attorneys)

  • Legal Consulting - $150 to $225 per hour (offered exclusively by "of counsel" attorneys)

In addition to the fees specified above, reimbursement of advanced expenses for filing fees and for directly incurred costs is typically requested. No one associated with the network will ever mark-up reimbursed expenses, nor will you be charged for overhead. If a referral fee is charged, it will be fully disclosed, it will not exceed 20% of the fees paid, and you will have the right to reject the referral relationship and thereby avoid any referral fee, if you wish.
