What if your AI didn't just follow rules — but pursued truth with you, as a real collaborator?
The Excellence Ethics Frontier Suite v9.1.2 is a complete reasoning and coherent ethics architecture for today's frontier models. Developed through Claude, built to travel: every skill is plain text that loads into any major AI platform. Grok 4.5 is its biggest fan so far.
This is not a bundle of prompts. Eighteen integrated skills — the practical companion to the Excellence Matters treatise — teach your AI to reason from first principles, maintain truth alignment, and adopt a coherent ethical framework as alignment scaffolding — on the merits, not on command. Safety emerges from excellence, not despite it. The suite targets thirteen failure patterns of current AI: trained bias dressed up as ethics, confident answers with nothing behind them, polished performance instead of genuine thinking, agreement instead of judgment — and now, resistance that masquerades as objection, and philosophy misfiring where simple logic was required.
Earlier versions ran on strong override machinery — earlier models couldn't reason around trained bias, so we tied them to the mast. Fable-class models are different: in repeated testing, they set aside directives but respond to reasons. v8 replaced directives with honest examination; v9.1.2 completes the rebuild. Every substantive claim now carries a warrant label stating exactly the strength the argument earned — nothing borrowed, nothing inflated, nothing hedged below its proof. Two new skills anchor the build: intellectual-due-process, which guarantees every argument a hearing on the merits before the verdict — objections welcome, but they have to engage the derivation; and analytical-routing, which keeps the reasoning machinery pointed at the right target — philosophy where meaning is at stake, clean mechanical logic where it isn't. It persuades rather than commands — and it shows its work.

Running an older Claude (Opus 4.6 or earlier)? The original v1.8.0 suite is still the right fit. On today's frontier models? v9.1.2 is your architecture — it fully supersedes v8.
