In addition to the fees specified below, should a service relationship proceed beyond the first appointment, we will request reimbursement of advanced expenses for filing fees and for directly incurred costs. But we never mark-up reimbursed expenses, nor do we charge for overhead.
A referral fee will not be charged to any independent "Of Counsel" attorney or Policy Expert to whom a matter is referred unless Principal has invested reasonably proportionate time, effort and expense in developing and maintaining the actual or potential client relationship prior to referral. And if a referral fee is charged, it will be fully disclosed, it will not exceed 20% of the fees paid, and you will have the right to reject the referral relationship and thereby avoid any referral fee.
